This country has earned a global reputation as being a nation of book-a-holics. On a per capita basis they publish more books than any other country in the world. Between September and November publishers print a catalog of new books and send it free to every home; this is known as the annual Christmas Book Flood. On Christmas Eve people exchange books as gifts and then spend the night reading, often while drinking hot chocolate or Christmas ale. What country is this?

Iceland
